Richard John Hart
February 13, 1940 - August 31, 2021

LINCOLNTON, N.C. - Richard John Hart, age 81, of Chestnut Road in Lincolnton, died on Tuesday, August 31, 2021.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Risen Church with Pastor Justin Houser officiating.

Mr. Hart was born February 13, 1940 in Lincoln, Nebraska, to the late Fay and Minnie Bell Heath Hart. He served in the National Guard and worked as an ice cream delivery driver.

He is survived by his wife, Dolores Cavenna Hart of the home; three children, Trina Hart, Patrick Hart, and Russell Hart, all of Arizona; five step-children, Cynthia Spolowitz of Lincolnton, Christina Kalamaras of Arizona, Cathaleen Weber of New Jersey, Scott White of Arizona, and Teresa Walsh of New Jersey; 30 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.

Warlick Funeral Home of Lincolnton, N.C. is serving the Hart family.
