Patsy Lea Aderholt Peeler, age 77, of Lincolnton passed away Thursday, March 3, 2022 at Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory.  Born September 30, 1944 in Catawba County, she was the daughter of the late Aubrey Aderholt and Junie Berrryhill Aderholt. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George “Bud” Peeler; two sisters, Dorothy Hamilton and Katherine Long.

She is survived by:

3 Daughters:  Kathy P. Dills and husband Harvey Jr. of Crouse, Dana Ortega of Lincolnton, Regina Sexton and husband Kenneth Jr. of Tennessee

2 Sons:  Shawn Peeler and wife Toni of Vale, Wayne Aderholt and wife Mary of Cherryville

3 Brothers:  Bobby Aderholt of Iron Station, Jimmy Aderholt and wife Joanne of Crouse, Bud Aderholt of Vale

2 Sisters:  Helen Smith of Hickory, Peggy Smith of Lincolnton

18 Grandchildren, 44 Great-Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great Grandchild

The funeral service will be held Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Burke Mortuary Chapel in Maiden with Pastor Scott Mann officiating.

Burial will follow in Grace Lutheran Church Cemetery, Newton, NC.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1:00- 1:45 p.m. at Burke Mortuary in Maiden, prior to the service.
