CROUSE, N.C. - Jose Luis Rodriguez, age 59, of Bud Black Road passed away Sunday, March 20, 2022 at Atrium Health, Lincoln.
He was born July 18, 1962 in Piedras Negras, Coahulia, Mexico to Luz Rodriguez Martines and Victoria Ontiveros. Jose was a longtime employee and farmer with Eaker Dairy. He also enjoyed fixing cars.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Olga Alonso Rodriguez; sons, Jose Luis Rodriguez, Luz Rodriguez, Jorge Rodriguez, Felipe Rodriguez (Melissa), Cruz Rodriguez (Hannah), and Juan Rodriguez (Valerie); brother, Juan Rodriguez; and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 25, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Carpenter-Porter Funeral & Cremation Services with Rev. Jonathan Pugh officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends Friday from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
