RALEIGH, N.C. - Thomas Clifton Howard, age 90 of Raleigh, died on Monday, March 28, 2022.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2022, in the Bethel United Methodist Church cemetery with Rev. Billy Towery officiating.
Mr. Howard was born July 24, 1931, in Lincoln County, to the late Frank Howard and Lattice Katrina Howard Howard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Little Howard. He was an architect and engineer.
He is survived by son, Shannon Howard of Raleigh; daughters, Roslyn Howard of Boone and Katrina Fairley of Raleigh; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
