CLAREMONT, N.C. - Butch Bramlett, 69, of Claremont passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Catawba Valley Medical Center.
He was born November 18, 1952 in Brunswick County to the late James Allen Bramlett and Maggie Parker Bramlett. Butch was a member of Fountain of Life Worship Center in Conover and employed with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol in the car maintenance department. His passion was being a parade float driver for 40 years with Cline’s Floats. Butch’s favorite saying was “he could fix anything from a broken heart to the crack of dawn.”
Those left to cherish his memory is his wife of 50 years Sharon Bramlett of the home; daughter Sarah Bramlett Hyland and husband Jon of Newton; grandson Landon Isaac Hyland of Newton; and a host of other family members.
A memorial service to celebrate Butch’s life will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Fountain of Life Worship Center in Conover. Rev. James Cooke will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service.
