Antioch Baptist Yard/Bake Sale, September 23-24: Antioch Baptist Church, 3413 East Hwy 150, Lincolnton, N.C. will host a Yard/Bake Sale this Friday and Saturday, Sept 23-24 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Hot dog sale Saturday only. Proceeds fund our Nourishing Hands Food Pantry.

Bethel Baptist Gospel Jam, Friday, September 23: Join us at Bethel Baptist Church for our monthly Gospel Music Jam on Friday, September 23 at 6 p.m. Come play, sing, fellowship, and eat a meal with us. We would love to have you!  Bethel Baptist Church is located at 200 Bethel Church Rd., Lincolnton, NC 28092.

McKendree UMC Annual Yard/Pit Cooked Chicken/Hot Dog Fundraiser, Saturday, September 24: On Saturday, September 24, McKendree United Methodist Church, 3537 Maiden Hwy. Lincolnton, will hold its Annual Yard Sale and Pit Cooked Chicken Sale and Hot Dog fundraiser The Yard Sale is from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m. Outdoor spaces for the Yard Sale are available at no cost but any donations to the church are greatly appreciated. And, the Food Sale is from 11 a.m. until sold out---available for outside pick up only. Pit Cooked Chicken plates include a half chicken, baked beans, slaw, and roll for a requested donation of $10 per plate/Hot Dogs with homemade fixings for a requested donation of $2 each. Drinks will be available for $1 each. Please call Rev. Gregg Plott at 704-735-4062 if more information is needed.

BCUMC Pumpkin Patch, September 24 – October 31:  Boger City United Methodist Church’s Pumpkin Patch will open on Saturday, September 24 with over 2,000 pumpkins and gourds from the Navaho Indian Reservation in Farmington, New Mexico. This fundraiser helps fund their church missions and helps benefit the Navaho Nation. Hours for the Pumpkin Patch will be Monday-Friday from 12 noon until 8 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Sunday 12 noon until 8 p.m. Prices will be based on the size of the pumpkins and gourds. Bring your camera for photo opportunities. The church is located at 2320 East Main Street, Lincolnton, NC 28092 (across from the Village Inn Pizza). Lincoln County Prison Ministry Memorial Festival, Saturday, September 24: The Lincoln County Prison Ministry of N.C. Inc. will host the 2nd Annual Debora Howell Prison Ministry Memorial Festival on Saturday, September 24 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at New Vision Ministries Church, 661 Clark Creek Rd., Lincolnton, NC 28092. Multiple vendors, hotdogs and drinks available to purchase.

Lowesville Gospel Concerts/Vineyard Church, Lakeside Bluegrass, Saturday, September 24:  Vineyard Church (formerly Living Word Ministries), 1062 South Hwy 16, Stanley (Lowesville), NC presents on Saturday, September 24 at 6 p.m. Lakeside Bluegrass from Madisonville, Tennessee, plus, Caroline and Company Bluegrass from Denton, N.C. As always, NO ADMISSION COST, a freewill offering only to be received, and you are invited. We have concerts every 2nd and 4th Saturday. Bethel Baptist Community Breakfast, Saturday, October 1: Join us at Bethel Baptist Church, 200 Bethel Church Rd., Lincolnton, NC 28092 for our Community Breakfast (1st Saturday of every month 7 a.m. until 9:30 a.m.) We will be serving all of your country favorites, along with something sweet and a breakfast casserole! Donations only.

Bethphage Lutheran Fall Bazaar, November 12: Bethphage Lutheran Church will host their First Annual Fall Bazaar on Saturday, November 12 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at 4060 NC-182 Lincolnton NC 28092. Come enjoy breakfast and/or lunch, browse through many booths to purchase pottery, crafts, homemade salsa, jams and pimento cheese, baked goods, t-shirts, soaps, and much, much more! Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
