Daniels Lutheran Country Breakfast, Saturday, November 24 --- Daniels Lutheran Church, 3170 Reepsville Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092 will host a Country Breakfast Saturday, November 24 from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. Open to the public, take-out available. A $7 donation is suggested to benefit the church building fund. The Youth will also accept donations for baked goods.

Lowesville Gospel Concerts, Carolina and Heart 2 Heart, Saturday, November 24 --- Carolina and Heart 2 Heart will present The Heart of a Carolina Christmas on Saturday, November 24 from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m.  at Living Word Ministries, 1062 Hwy 16 South in Lowesville/Stanley. This concert is free and everyone is welcome. A freewill offering will be taken. The church is located 1.8 miles south of the intersection of Highways 73 and 16 Business. Pleasant Grove UMC Golden Voices Concert, Thursday, November 29 --- The Golden Voices community chorus will present a free holiday concert at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church on Thursday, November 29 at 6 p.m. The public is invited. Emanuel Reformed Children’s Secret Christmas Shop, Saturday, December 1 --- Have your children ever told you they wish they could buy you a surprise? Emanuel Reformed Church is having a Children’s Secret Christmas Shop especially for them! They will get to shop for anyone on their Christmas list, and parents aren't allowed to peek! They leave with their item(s) wrapped so they can keep their gifts a secret. All gifts are $1, and children are escorted by church volunteers into the Children’s Secret Christmas Shop. While your children shop, we have other vendors with special gifts for sale, a $1 bake sale, and $2 raffle for valuable gift basket. The sale will be from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Emanuel Reformed Church, 329 E. Main St., Lincolnton, NC 28092.

Anthony Grove Baptist Christmas Musical, Saturday, December 1 --- Come Experience A Christmas Musical TIME FOR A KING: Lion and the Lamb, performing all of your favorite worship and Trans-Siberian orchestra music on Saturday, December 1. Presentations will be at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. at Anthony Grove Baptist Church, 100 Anthony Grove Road, Crouse, NC 28033. Reserve your seats in advance. Ticket Prices: $12 in advance, $15 at the door. Crouse UMC Outreach Class Lighting The Tree, Saturday, December 1 --- Following the Crouse Christmas Parade (1 p.m.) the Crouse United Methodist Church will host a Lighting The Tree ceremony in the gazebo at Crouse United Methodist Church (approximately 2 p.m.). Lights on the tree can be sponsored in memory or honor or a loved one with proceeds to benefit Christian Ministry of Lincoln County. Crouse UMC Christmas Bazaar, Saturday, December 8 --- Crouse United Methodist Church will host a Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, December 8 from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. Many vendors and crafters with something for everyone and many one-of-a-kind finds. Food available for purchase including sausage biscuits and hot dogs. Home baked goods also available. Food sales proceeds benefit church mission projects. The church is located at 3311 Crouse School Road, Crouse, NC 28033 (GPS Address).
