Christian Ministry Donations Now Exceed $30,000
Still time to get your contributions in

LINCOLNTON, N.C.––Donations continue to come in for Christian Ministry of Lincoln County.

Its annual Christmas sign-up for local clients is perhaps the biggest highlight of its mission all year long. And according to executive director Mitzi Williams, there’s still time to get in your donations.

Williams released the latest figures this week. Some $21,414.69 is the balance forward. The latest donors (including churches, individuals, schools, businesses and families) are:

*Victory Grove Baptist, $125;
*Sheron Hovis’s family, $1,000;
*the Ladies’ Sunshine Class at Salem Baptist
*the Ruth Sunday School Class at Asbury Methodist, $200;
*James Webber, $100;
*West Lincoln High, $230;
*Emmanuel Lutheran, $100;
*Charlotte Heavner, family and friends, $100;
*Linda Drum, $50;
*Gary and Viola Montgomery, $200;
*McKendree Methodist, $200;
*First Baptist of Lincolnton, $1,250;
*the Sentry Foundation, $1,000;
*Cedar Grove Lutheran, $334;
*Hearts Entwined New Heights Baptist, $160;
*Santa’s Sack, $200;
*George and Rebecca Grier, $500;
*Long Shoals Baptist, $62;
*St. Luke’s Lutheran, $100;
*Marvin Methodist Women, $400;
*Holy Cross Lutheran, $208.34;
*Marshall Petitt, $50;
*and anonymous donors, $2,566.

Thus, by totaling all of these contributions, the tally as it currently stands is at $30,650.03.
