LINCOLNTON, N.C. - Keith Miller and his son, Nathan Gabriel Miller, will be at McKendree United Methodist Church this Sunday, March 31 at 9:30 a.m. for a very special worship service.
Both of these gentlemen play music throughout the world sharing their love of Jesus. Keith is one of the top guitarists in the world. Nathan is an accomplished guitarist but is best known for his ukulele prowess (one of the top two ukulele players in the world).
Stephen Brooks of McKendree UMC (and an accomplished guitarist himself) states about Keith, "Keith is the most talented guitarist I have ever met. He is truly one of a kind. His unique arrangements, covering every musical genre, are captivating. His style is the smoothest I have ever heard."
Nathan is an Eagle Scout, an accomplished recording artist and performer, and a strong advocate for autism awareness. He was diagnosed with autism in 2001, but he is "blessed with the ability to play music and communicate." His older brother, Marcus, is on the profoundly challenged end of the autism spectrum and cannot do either. Marcus does love music, however.
Keith and Nathan will share not only their musical talents through the playing of wonderful hymns but also share about autism awareness during this service time. Rev. Gregg Plott invites the community to come for a time of fellowship with the Miller’s.
McKendree United Methodist Church is located at 3537 Maiden Hwy., Lincolnton, NC 28092. This event will take place in the Church Sanctuary.
