Randy and Wanda Buchanan of Denver, N.C. celebrated 50 years of marriage on September 27, 2020.  They were married on September 27, 1970 in York, S.C. and have been residents of Lincoln County for 50 years. Both are now retired, Randy in 2008 from Merita Bakery in Charlotte where he was a Diesel Mechanic for 38 years and Wanda retired in 2000. They are now enjoying life and doing the things they enjoy doing together. The Buchanan’s have four daughters - Dawn (Allen) Gibson of Maiden, Darla (Tim) Johnson of Crouse, Amy (Shawn) Winchester of Iron Station, Jessie (Kenny) Lock of Iron Station; and six granddaughters.
