This Weekend
The Downtown Lincolnton Spring Art Crawl this Friday evening (April 19th) 5:30 - 9 PM is just the beginning of another great weekend in downtown Lincolnton. Arts, crafts, entertainment, food & fun are all a part of the Friday evening event.
We already told you about the entertainment at several locations in our earlier article. Good Wood Pizza will host Taylor Brooks this evening during the Spring Crawl. Taylor is a local performing artist who accompanies her sweet southern vocals with her acoustic guitar. The artist known as Famously Julie will also be at Good Wood. BrickTree Brewing has added comedian Mike Freedman to its Friday night lineup. CBD East Main will have Elijah Smith performing at the Spring Art Crawl.
At The City Cellar, saxophonist Derwin Friday will play sultry sounds of smooth jazz for diners. Untapped Territory is hosting a Latin Night with a DJ.
In addition to the Westside Cruisers Car Show on Motz Avenue, Saturday's events include the monthly Return to God prayer session. Usually held on the Courtsquare, because of the renovation construction at the old courthouse, they have moved to the corner of E. Main Street and Cedar Street in front of the Cultural Center from noon until 1 PM. All are welcome to come join in praying for our city, county, state and nation..jpg)
The doors open at 6:30 for the Lincoln Theatre Guild's Lincoln's Got Talent show which begins at 7 PM. Admission is $15.
Downtown Lincolnton is the place to be this weekend!
The Return to God prayer hour that was previously held monthly on the Courtsquare has been relocated in front of the Cultural Center from noon until 1 PM Saturday.
