VALE, N.C. - Colette Martin, 68, of Macedonia Church Road, Vale, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at Frye Regional Medical Center, Hickory.

Born in Cleveland County, on November 14, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Billy Grover Martin and Gail Bivens Martin. She was retired from the furniture industry and was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sister, Renee Moore and husband Richard of Vale; nephew, Jordan Moore and wife, Kimberly; niece, Chelsea Moore Reeves and husband, Austin; and a great niece, Madison Moore.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 28, 2024 from 2-3 p.m. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.

A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, April 28, 2024 at 3 p.m. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church with the Rev. Jeremy Mahaffey officiating.

The burial will follow the service in the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery.
