Atrium Health Lifts Visitor Restrictions Due To Flu

Effective at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, March 7, flu restrictions limiting visitation by those aged 12 and under was lifted at Charlotte-area Atrium Health hospitals. A significant drop in the number of patients being seen with flu-like symptoms prompted the change.

Council Rejects Zoning Requests

Annexation Means Lincolnton is Growing

The population of Lincolnton will likely grow by over 4% thanks to a decision by the City Council Thursday night (Feb. 2nd) to annex the Carpenter Farms subdivision near the intersection of Startown and Clarks Creek roads.

Osage Mill in Bessemer City to be Repurposed for Housing
